dc.description.abstract | On 6 February 2023, Türkiye’s southeast region was struck by significant earthquakes that resulted in widespread devastation and damage to residential areas, with millions of individuals affected and over half a million buildings collapsed or severely damaged. To respond to the emerging needs and to support the resumption of essential services in earthquake-affected areas, gender responsive settlement models for new temporary settlements and quick guidance for gender responsive settlements for permanent residential areas are articulated in this report. | en_US |
